Sies: <br /> <br />The Rose\111e Planninq Commission at its Ap~11 2. meeting recomwended <br />approval of your request for rezoning from R-l to B~ll special use <br />permit and plannetJ unit development at 475 Minnesota. "lith the following <br />conditiuns: <br /> <br />/ <br />/ <br />" <br /> <br />1. That if it is detemined by the City that additional parking <br />is required. the applicant shall apply for an amended special <br />use penmit for planned unit development and the Planning <br />Commission and City Council shall conduct hearings on the <br />request. <br /> <br />2. That the use of the property be limited to a funeral home. <br /> <br />3. That the width of the entrance driveway be increased to 18 feet. <br /> <br />4.
