It was suggeste:d by <br />the Planning Commission that this form of development could be more pJrtlcularly <br />controlled if it wero handled as a planned unit development similar to the manner <br />in which aportment projects are controlled. A.l amendment to the ordinance <br />was proposod and adopted by the Council, and the Applicant is now applying <br />for approval of hi: devt.iopment proposal under that ordinonce provision. <br /> <br />2.
