A. <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Request by John & Julie Huppertz for a variance to Section 1004.01A6 <br />of the Roseville City Code for property located at 2465 Churchill Street <br />(PF3408). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 John & Julie Huppertz have submitted an application for a 10% variance to Section <br />1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) to allow major home improvements (garage <br />relocation, family room addition, front entry addition, pool in rear yard) to their home at <br />2465 Churchill Street. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on June 3, 2002 <br />. Determined complete on June 5, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on August 2, 2002 <br />. Staff Review: Approval- July 10, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission Recommendation - Approval (6-0), July 10, 2002 <br />. Anticipated Council Action - Approval, July 29,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 10% foot variance (1,170 <br />square feet) from Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for John & Julie <br />Huppertz to allow certain improvements to their home, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />2.2 After holding the required hearing on July 10, 2002 the Planning Commission <br />unanimously recommended approval (6-0). <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval with conditions (see Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3408 - ReA 072902 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
