<br />We are requesting a varience to exceed our 300/0 lot coverage. <br /> <br />Our lot is substandard by today's 11,000 square feet standard. Also, our <br />lot coverage is currently at the 300/0 which is allowed by code. <br /> <br />Any improvements we would want to make to our property would require <br />a variance. <br />· Adding a new front entry, would require a variance. <br />· Attaching the garage with a tandem stall/mudroom and bath, would <br />require a variance. <br />· Adding a family room/dining area,would require a variance. <br />· Enlarging and remodeling the kitchen, would require a variance. <br />· Adding an inground pool with heater,would require a variance. <br /> <br />Reasons for making improvements to our property are: <br />· Attaching garage allows us to access vehicles without having to go <br />outside. <br />· Enlarging garage allows us to get vehiles off street and into garage. <br />· Improve the street image with new front entry. <br />· Bring property up to date to be more modern and functional. <br />· Integrating the newly designed elements allows the house more <br />livability so we can stay in Roseville. <br />
