<br />DESIGN WORKSHOP INITIAL APPLICATION AND CHECKLIST <br /> <br />This application is best completed by a local agency representative for the community requesting <br />the Design Workshop. The application is designed to gather the initial information on your <br />community's project prior to a telephone interview and potential site visit. The checklist is <br />provided as an outline of the type and depth of information that will be required from the <br />community selected for the Knight Community Design Workshop. This checklist should be <br />reviewed carefully, as the information requested may require input from several departments or <br />sources within the community and may require a significant amount of coordination on the part <br />of the responding agency. <br /> <br />Your application response should include: 1.)
