Anticipated Council Action: Approval, July 29,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by the B-Dale <br />Club for a 30 foot variance allowing the installation of a double pole pylon sign on the <br />property line adjacent to Dale Street, subject to the conditions indicated in Section 6 of <br />this project report. <br /> <br />2.2 After holding the required public hearing the Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval (6-0). <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval (see Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3410 - ReA 072902 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
