<br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: 07/10/02 <br />ITEM NO: 6d <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Request by the B-Dale Club and the City of Roseville for a variance to <br />Section 1005.01A1 of the Roseville City Code to allow the placement of <br />a pylon sign at 2100 Dale Street (PF3410). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 B- Dale Club in cooperation with the City of Roseville has applied for a 30 foot variance <br />to Section I005.0IAI of the Roseville City Code to allow the installation ofa double <br />pole pylon sign at the property line or an encroachment of 30 feet into the required 30 <br />foot front yard setback. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on June 19,2002 <br />. Determined complete on June 25, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on August 24, 2002 <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - July 10, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - July 10, 2002 <br />. Anticipated Council Action July 22, 2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by the B-Dale <br />Club for a 30 foot variance allowing the installation of a double pole pylon sign on the <br />property line adjacent to Dale Street, subject to the conditions indicated in Section 6 of <br />this project report. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3410 - RPCA 071002 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
