<br />a. The use of the premises, Suite 9, 1900 Oakcrest Avenue, being used as a vehicle <br />rental, leasing, and resale business consistent with Section 1007.02D12 of the <br />Roseville City Code, with daily operations including, title work, accounting, <br />financing, and other business related activities. <br /> <br />b. The tenant space being divided into an office of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and a <br />vehicle showroom of approximately 4,600 sq. ft. <br /> <br />c. The allowance of a 6 to 10 vehicle outdoor display area in the parking lot. <br /> <br />d. No overnight outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed on the premises. All vehicles <br />must be stored within the showroom each evening. <br /> <br />e. All signage pertaining to this use must meet the requirements of Section 1009 of <br />the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Schroeder, <br />Kough, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
