<br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />6.1 Based on the information provided and the findings in Section 5 of this project report, <br />staff recommends approval of a 571 square foot 'lot coverage" variance to Section <br />1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for Joel Brentsen to allow certain home and site <br />improvements at 660 Heinel Drive subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A All building and site improvements shall not exceed 4,361 square feet of <br /> <br />. . <br />ImpervIOUS area. <br /> <br />B The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />C The installation of roof gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />D Apply for and receive a Setback Permit to encroach 7 feet into the 10 foot <br />required side yard setback. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />!~ <br /> <br />7.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of a 571 <br />square foot (5%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for Joel <br />Berntsen to allow certain home and site improvements at 660 Heinel Drive, based on <br />the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />August 7, 2002. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo. <br /> <br />PF3413 - RPCA 080702 - Page 4 of 4 <br />
