City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1475 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 3 , SECTION 302 <br /> Liquor Control <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 3 , Section 302 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> 302.09: HOURS OF SALE: <br /> The hours for the sale of intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises shall <br /> be those allowed under Minnesota Statute §340A.504. On-Sale brewer taprooms shall be limited to the <br /> hours of 8:00a.m. — 10:00pm 1:00am, Sunday through Saturday. (Ord. 1428, 7-16-12) (Ord. 1475) <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 8th day of December, 2014. <br />
