We favor <br />the latest plan of 9-20-02 because of its lower density and hence, more green space. This is particularly favorable for us due to <br />our location on the western edge of the development. We appreciate the fact that many of the mature trees will be maintained as <br />well as a hill in back of our property. We do not see the pond as a problem. We prefer the planned unit development to individual <br />homes which could be built to within 10ft. of property lines with little control over what could be built.
