(No, only the project area will change). Ms. Coons said water is <br />already being diverted to her site. She invited the Planning Commission to visit <br />the site. <br /> <br />Deb Bloom explained the drainage concept of connecting the current water into a <br />pipe and sending it to the city collection system. <br /> <br />Member Ipsen left the meeting. <br /> <br />Don Meyer, 2138 Fairway Lane, asked for clarification of the diameter tree <br />replacement plan. Member Mulder asked neighbors to work with the city and <br />developers on an "inch-for-inch" tree replacement. <br /> <br />Don Meyer, 2138 Fairview, said County Road B will be rebuilt in two years. <br />How long will this project take to complete? (If development starts late fall, <br />within 1 Y2 years it will be done). Thomas Paschke explained the site work has to <br />be done and road installed before permits are issued for housing. <br /> <br />Member Peper asked for construction hours? Gordy Howe said 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br />p.m. is normal week days; 7:00 a.m. to early afternoon on Saturdays and no work <br />on Sundays. Thomas Paschke said restrictions can be placed in the PUD. <br /> <br />Wendy Wendt, 2223 County Road B, asked who will pay for pavement repair on <br />County Road B (Developer). County Road B may be totally reconstructed in the <br />future. Deb Bloom stated County Road B needs to be rebuilt; construction trucks <br />will not harm the existing road. Assessments are made to the project. Wendy <br />Wendt asked how this project will attract empty nesters. Gordy Howe explained <br />his past development history. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke explained the traffic is 2,500 ADT; the 2020 estimated count is <br />4,950. This development would generate no more than 250 trips per day. <br /> <br />Larraine Striper, 2256 W. Laurie Road, stated that she has a hill along the south <br />side of her lot which could be graded to increase her privacy by better grading or <br />screemng. <br /> <br />A resident asked if other projects could be explained in acres and units. He asked <br />about the west boundary tree preservation in relation to the drainage. Is there <br />public review and comment on the PUD document? Member Mulder encouraged <br />working with Thomas Paschke and Gordy Howe as soon as possible. Thomas <br />Paschke explained processes for neighborhood landscaping improvement. <br />Derreck Passe explained pipes will be moved east to preserve as many property <br />line trees as possible. Crestwood was a five-acre development, with ten units on <br />3.8 acres. <br /> <br />Carla Japs, 2215 W. Cty. Rd. B, asked why the city stopped caring for the <br />existing neighbors. Twenty-four units and 24 families are too much. Member <br />Mulder stated the Planning Commission goal is to make the best development <br />
