<br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />DPW /TP <br /> <br />DATE: 08/07/02 <br />ITEM NO: 6c <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />A request by Masterpiece Homes for General Concept Plan approval of a <br />24 unit/lot townhome planned unit development & preliminary plat on <br />the three parcels addressed as 2245, 2263 & 2275 County Road B (PF3417). <br /> <br />1.0 BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />1.1 Gordy Howe (Masterpiece Homes) has requested consideration of a planned unit <br />development under the General Concept Plan (Section 1008.1 OC) of the Roseville City <br />Code for what will be referred to as Stonecrest. <br /> <br />1.2 The proposal seeks approval of a preliminary plat to subdivide three parcels totaling 6.9 <br />acres into 24 zero lot line, owner occupied, townhome units and approval of the General <br />Concept Plan Planned Unit Development establishing an underlying zoning ofR-2, <br />Two Family Residence District. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application accepted on July 19,2002 <br />. Application determined complete on July 22, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on September 20, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions - August 7, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing on Preliminary Plat/General Concept August 7, 2002. <br />. Anticipated Council Action on Preliminary Plat/General Concept - August 19, 2002 <br />.
