City of Roseville
Planning District 11
Evaluation

Summary Of Issues -1994:

Planning District 11 is primarily a residential district, located in the southwest corner of
the City with the Midland Hills Golf Course as the primary use. The district is bounded
on the west by Highway 280 and on the east by Cleveland A venue. It is bounded on the
north by Highway 36 and to the south by Roselawn. The significant issue in the future
of this planning district is the redesign of the Midland Hills Golf Course and the
provision for additional housing surrounding the course.

There are also a number of infill single family lots in this planning district which will
eventually be filled by single family houses.

The Planning Commission and City Council did not make any changes in land use
designations in this district in 1994.

In 1994, there was no Comprehensive Plan and Zoning inconsistency in this Planning
District.

There have been no changes to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map for this
Planning District since 1994.

2001

There was no

Planning District 11-1999 Demographic Characteristics

Planning District 11, with 799 residents and 316 households, has a relatively older
population, with more than 19% over the age of 65.
