<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Graham variance request on September 4,2002, and recommended (7-0) approval of the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the proj ect report dated <br />September 4, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant John & <br />Christie Graham a 1 '2 foot variance to Section 1004.01E of the Roseville City based on the <br />findings in Section 5 of the project report dated September 23,2002, and subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a. The structure not encroaching closer than 28 feet to the front property line along <br />Skillman Avenue. <br /> <br />b. The property not exceeding 30% impervious surface coverage or 3,331 square <br />feet. The current calculation based on submitted survey indicates a proposed <br />impervious coverage of 3,218 square feet. <br /> <br />c. Removal of the existing covered trailer in the front yard. Said trailer can be <br />placed in the rear yard; however a pass-through door will be necessary for the <br />trailer to properly gain access to the street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
