<br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />6.1 Based on the information provided and the findings in Section 5 of this project report, <br />staff recommends approval ofa 12 foot variance to Section 1004.01E of the Roseville <br />City Code for John & Christie Graham to allow certain home and site improvements at <br />671 Skillman Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A The structure not encroaching closer than 28 feet to the front property line along <br />Skillman Avenue. <br /> <br />B The property not exceeding 30% impervious surface coverage or 3,331 square <br />feet. The current calculation based on submitted survey indicates a proposed <br />impervious coverage of 3,218 square feet. <br /> <br />C Relocated any garage addition to the rear of the existing garage and integrate the <br />proposed screen porch around the any garage addition and proposed dining room <br />addition. <br /> <br />D Removal of the existing covered trailer in the front yard.
