<br />feet of pavement to the impervious coverage creating a total impervious coverage of 5,200 <br />square feet or 35% coverage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />McCloskey variance request on September 4, 2002, and recommended (7-0) approval of the <br />request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated September 4,2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Susan <br />McCloskey an 800 square foot (5%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code <br />based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated September 23,2002, and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. All building and site improvements shall not exceed 5,200 square feet of <br />impervious area. Contractor must verify exact square footage of driveway <br />connection. <br /> <br />b. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />c. The installation of a landscape hedge along the drive connection. Said <br />landscaping must be located outside of the 30 foot by 30 foot Traffic Visibility <br />Triangle. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
