A reinspection of this propeliy on <br />June 2ib has shown that, to date, no corrections of these violations have occurred. <br /> <br />Specifically, these violations include: <br />. 407.02 J & K - Building Maintenance. <br />Broken storm door. <br />Peeling paint. <br />Rodent holes in siding and roof. <br />Missing light fixture on pole. <br />Rusted through rain gutters. <br /> <br />. Junk/debris in rear yard - tires. <br /> <br />Please be aware that unless the above listed violations are corrected within 15 days, the City will <br />pursue abatement of the violations through Roseville City Code Section 407.06 (copy enclosed). <br /> <br />Please note that private action to correct violations of this nature can often be accomplished at <br />much less cost than when the public sector is involved Also, please be aware that administrative <br />costs incurred by the City will be included on to abatement charges assessed to the property. We <br />therefore encourage you to correct these violations on your own.
