Application submitted on August 23,2002 <br />. Determined complete on September 13,2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 22, 2002 <br />. Staff Review/Recommendation: Approval- October 2,2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - October 2, 2002 <br />.
