This determination will not affect your request from proceeding to the Planning <br />Commission on October 2,2002, if you provide me with the following items in a timely fashion. <br /> <br />The first item that I need clarified is to know the exact location (setback from property line) of <br />the proposed structure from Dellwood Street. I will also need to know the structures size. If <br />over 864 a conditional use permit will also be required. <br /> <br />The second item that I need resolved pertains to the fee you submitted with your application. <br />The amount you provided covers a Setback Permit; however, the request is for a Variance, which <br />requires a $145 fee. <br /> <br />Please provide the requested items on or before Friday, September 13,2002.
