<br /> <br />Community Development Departtnent <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />October 23, 2002 <br /> <br />Mike Strub <br />1275 Burke Avenue W. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council Action re: Your requestfor a Variance, 1275 Burke Ave. W. <br /> <br />Dear Mike: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the Roseville City Council's action, at the October 21,2002 meeting, <br />relating to your request for a 25 foot variance (side yard setback adjacent to a public street) and a <br />variance to allow construction ofa detached garage at your home at 1275 Burke Avenue West. <br /> <br />The Council, by a 5-0 vote, approved your request for a Variance, with conditions, as follows: <br /> <br />To approve a resolution granting a 25-foot variance (to Section 1004.02D4 and Section <br />602.06 of the Roseville City Code) to allow construction ofa detached accessory building <br />at 1275 Burke Avenue West, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A The applicant locating the parcels property pins and developing a scaled site plan with <br />dimensions for structures and driveway, thus allowing the Community Development <br />Department to verify the parcels impervious coverage. <br /> <br />B The parcel being limited to 3044 square feet of impervious coverage, which could require <br />a reduction in the size of the proposed (528) detached accessory structure. <br /> <br />C The detached accessory structure being setback a minimum of five feet from the north <br />(side yard) property line and five feet from the Dellwood Street (west -corner street) <br />property line. <br /> <br />D No parking being allowed within the street side boulevard of the accessory struchlre <br />(Sect. 602.06) <br /> <br />E Drainage being designed to sheet flow to the south yard area. <br /> <br />F The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans and <br />vanance. <br /> <br />The City will file the Resolution, after appropriate signatures have been obtained, with Ramsey <br />County and will also forward a copy to you.
