EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of 21st 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Kysylyczyn, Schroeder and the following were absent: None Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10041 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "LR", LOW DENSITY TO "B" BUSINESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1813 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF #3427). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, received a request from the City of Roseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation on property commonly known as 1813 Lexington A venue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from "LR" (Low Density Residential) to "B" (Business); and WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~ also the East 178 feet of the North Y2 of the South ~ of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~ except the North 97 feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington A venue and Garden A venue adjacent thereto, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan;
