<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279 . fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />September 3, 2002 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Develovment Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearinf! on Thursdav, Svetember 12,2002, at 3:30 V.m., <br />in the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Develovment Conference Room. <br /> <br />Carol Mordorski, 2241 Dellwood Street, is seeking approval for detached garage and certain <br />driveway improvements and in so doing has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of <br />the detached garage three feet from the side yard (north) property line. The proposal requests a <br />two foot encroachment into the required five foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the Development Review Committee's Administrative <br />Hearing on September 3,2002, at 3:30 p.m.; or you may call me at 651-490-2236; or you can e- <br />mail me at thomas.paschke@ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
