<br /> <br /> <br />AUG. <br /> <br />OFFICt CO,RECORDER <br />;~AMSE,( COUN fV <br /> <br />Fee Amount: $20.00 <br /> <br />11111111111 11111111111" 1111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />f <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of October, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10042 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1016.16A (STRUCTURE <br />DESIGN STANDARDS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED ALONG NORTH GLUEK LANE (PF 3431). <br /> <br />13.5 foot variance to Section 1004.02D4 (Side Yard setback Adjacent a Public Street) to allow <br />construction of certain home improvements and an attached garage to the principal structure at <br />388 South McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />::} /\, <br />WHEREAS, Timothy and Marsha Brucciani-Horvath have requested a variance to <br />Section 10 l6.l6A (Structure Design Standards) in order to construct a home on their vacant lot <br />along North Gluek Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Brucciani-Horvath parcel is located on the south side of North Gluek <br />Lane (unaddressed) and legally described at as: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 1, Block 2 Midway Acres; lying westerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point of the north line of said Lot 1, distant 182feet easterly of the <br />northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence southerly a distance of 190. 46 feet to a point of the <br />southeasterly line of said Lot 1, distant 184.38 feet northeasterly of the southwest corner of <br />said Lot 1, and there terminating.
