Application submitted on September 18, 2002. <br />. Determined complete on September 18, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 27,2002. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval- October 2,2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing - October 2, 2002 <br />.
