NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council,to APPROVE <br /> the proposed outdoor storage facility as an INTERIM USE in accordance with Section §1009.03 of <br /> the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a. Areas of outdoor activity or storage shall not be located between the principal use <br /> and the primary public street. <br /> b. Outdoor storage shall be screened by a slatted chain link fence 6 feet in height; <br /> and <br /> c. The approval shall expire and the approved interim use shall cease at the earliest <br /> of: the transfer of management duties of the outdoor storage operation outside of <br /> MidAmerica Auctions; cessation of the outdoor storage operation by MidAmerica <br /> Auctions for a period of more than 1 year; or 11:59 p.m. on August 27, 2017. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,that duly authorized <br /> representative(s) of MidAmerica Auction shall sign the form attached to this resolution to <br /> acknowledge that each has received, reviewed, and understood the terms and conditions of the <br /> approval and agrees to abide by said terms and conditions prior to commencement of the outdoor <br /> storage activity. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: Pust, <br /> McGehee, Willmus, Johnson, and Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
