EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of September, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Roe <br /> and the following were absent: Johnson, Pust <br /> Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11010 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN <br /> AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL <br /> ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2013 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br /> Minnesota, as follows: <br /> The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville, for a <br /> special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the amount of$698,471 to <br /> be collected in 2013 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section 469.001 to 469.047. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: McGehee, Willmus, Roe <br /> and the following voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
