October 3.2002. at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Beth & Michael Hamer, 2808 Oxford Street North, are seeking approval for an attached <br />garage and home addition, that in so doing, has required a building setback deviation to allow <br />construction of the garage 6-1/2 feet from the side yard (south) property line. The proposal <br />requests a 3-1/2 foot Setback Permit into the required 10 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
