IIDeclarationll. This instrument by which the Property is submitted <br />to the provisions of the Minnesota Condominium Act, as the same shall, from <br />time to time, be amended. <br /> <br />2. <br />hereto. <br /> <br />"Parcel". The entire tract of land described in Exhibit A attached <br /> <br />3. IIBuildi~. The structures located on the Parcel containing the <br />condomin ium Un its, recreational faci I ities and underground garages, as mot'e <br />specifically described in ARTICLE III. <br /> <br />4. II Property". The Parcel, all improvements, structures and fixtures <br />constructed, placed or contained thereon, including all the Buildings and all <br />the easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto, and all articles <br />of personal property intended for the mutual use, benefit or enjoyment of <br />the Unit Owners. <br /> <br />5. "Unit". That part of the Property within the Buildings including <br />one or more rooms or enclosed spaces, occupying part of one floor, designed <br />and intended for single-family residential dwelling use and having lawful ac- <br />cess to a public way. The term "Unitll shall mean the same as the tet'm <br />"Apartment" as defined in the Minnesota Condominium Act. <br /> <br />6. "Common Areas and Facilities".
