Basically what we are requesting istheapproval toreplace the old 4' x <br />16' sign with a new 4' x 12' sign; Other than turning the new sign parallel toMGCA'ssouthern <br />roadway and County Road B, the new sign is in the exact location as was the old sign. <br /> <br />We understand that we are permitted to inStall the new sign on MGCA's property up to 15.' from <br />the southern property line without requesting a variance. Ifwe did so, see Exhibit C, we would <br />be 50' south of our southern roadway. ,The sign would also be approximately 22' behind the crest <br />'of the hill. As you enter the MGCA complex from County Road B you would only see the top <br />half of the sign at best. Any shrubbe~ on the hilltop would totally obscure the sign. <br /> <br />.
