EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the19th day of November, <br /> 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Johnson, McGehee, and Roe the following <br /> members were absent: Willmus (recused), Pust. <br /> Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11026 <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR 3040 HAMLINE AVENUE UTILITIES <br /> WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the construction of public sanitary sewer and <br /> public watermain to serve the two residential lots north of 3040 Hamline Avenue, filed <br /> with the council November 19, 2012, , is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br /> percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in <br /> conformity to Minn. Stat. § 429.035.; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> The petition for proposed Improvement No. 13-10 is hereby referred to the City <br /> Engineer and that person is instructed to report to the council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made <br /> as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the <br /> improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to <br /> calculate individual assessments for affected parcels <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Johnson, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
