<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />November 22, 2002 <br /> <br />John and Martha Seal <br />3110 Evelyn Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council Action re: Your request for a Variance, 3110 Evelyn Street <br /> <br />Dear John and Martha: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the Roseville City Council's action, at the November 18th, 2002 <br />meeting, relating to your request for a 4% impervious coverage variance and a six foot rear yard <br />variance to allow construction of a dining room addition to your home at 3110 Evelyn Street. <br /> <br />The Council, by a 5-0 vote, approved your request for the Variances, with conditions as outlined <br />in Resolution #10048 (attached), as follows: <br /> <br />To approve a resolution granting a six foot rear yard variance to Section 1004. 02D5 and <br />a 4% impervious coverage variance (339 square feet) to Section 1004.01A6 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow the addition of a dining room for John and Martha Seal, <br />3110 Evelyn Street, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6, of the <br />project report dated November 18, 2002. <br /> <br />The officially signed Resolution is enclosed for your files and the City will file the Resolution <br />with Ramsey County.
