EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th of January, 2013, <br /> at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe and the <br /> following were absent: None <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11043 <br /> PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION FOR APPLEWOOD <br /> POINTE LANGTON LAKE and APPLEWOOD POINTE <br /> LANGTON LAKE SECOND ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, certain public improvements were constructed to <br /> develop APPLEWOOD POINT OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 1, an 48 unit senior <br /> cooperative building including; the construction of Langton Lake Drive, public pathway, <br /> sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer improvements; and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer, United Properties is requesting the City of Roseville accept <br /> ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements; and; <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Developer to construct additional public <br /> improvements associated with APPLEWOOD POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2, <br /> an 41 unit senior cooperative building including; the construction of storm sewer <br /> improvements; and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Improvement Easement and Maintenance Agreement shall be <br /> amended to include the new storm water facilities being constructed as a part of <br /> APPLEWOOD POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed as a part of APPLEWOOD <br /> POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 1 is hereby accepted and approved; the City <br /> Engineer is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance and accept a <br /> two-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br /> commencing on January 29, 2013, and expiring on January 29, 2014, and; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to enter into a contract with United Properties to construct additional public <br />
