NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville Public <br /> Works Director is hereby designated as the authorized representative for the Project who <br /> is authorized to provide certifications required in the Agreement and submit pay claims <br /> for reimbursement of the Project costs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe; <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
