EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of February, <br /> 2013, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; and <br /> the following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11053 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENVIRONMENTAL ASSISTANCE <br /> GRANT FOR THE VILLA PARK WETLAND RESTORATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has applied for a grant from the Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency (MPCA), under its FY12-13 Environmental Assistance Grant Program <br /> for the Villa Park Wetland Restoration Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, if MPCA funding is received, the City of Roseville is committed to <br /> implementing the proposed project as described in the grant application; and <br /> WHEREAS, MPCA requires that the City of Roseville enter into a grant agreement with <br /> MPCA that identifies the terms and conditions of the funding award; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> hereby agrees to enter into and sign a grant agreement with the MPCA to carry out the <br /> project specified therein and to comply with all of the terms, conditions, and matching <br /> provisions of the grant agreement, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville Public <br /> Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to sign the grant agreement on the City <br /> of Roseville's behalf. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in.favor <br /> thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; <br /> And the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
