EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th of February, <br /> 2013, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe and the <br /> following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No 11054 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AT 3040 HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted January 28, 2013, <br /> received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br /> construction of Public Improvements at 3040 Hamline Avenue, and; <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br /> given, and the hearing was held thereon on February 25, 2013, at which all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br /> adopted February 25, 2013. <br /> 3. The City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; <br /> And the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
