EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18th day of March, <br /> 2013, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> and the following were absent: Willmus. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11058 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPURCHASE OF 180-188 ELMER STREET <br /> WEST BY COTTONWOOD HOLDINGS, LLC FROM RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, 180, 182, 184,186, and188 Elmer Street West, Roseville, Minnesota was <br /> forfeited to the State of Minnesota and Ramsey County for failure to pay <br /> taxes on August 1, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, Cottonwood Holdings, LLC, the previous owners of the property has filed <br /> an application with Ramsey County to repurchase the lots known as 180- <br /> 188 Elmer Street West; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County Board Policy No. 99-507 requires that each repurchase <br /> application be referred to the municipality in which the property is located <br /> for a recommendation on whether the repurchase application should be <br /> approved or denied.; and <br /> WHEREAS, Policy 99-507 requires that the municipality document whether the <br /> property is considered a municipal problem based on documented police, <br /> building code, illegal activity, or health violations in the past five years.; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has reviewed their records and found no documented <br /> police calls, code enforcement issues, actions of illegal activity or health <br /> violations within the past five years. <br />
