We currently
own over an acre of land which has been in the
Humphreys' family since 1948 . We purchased the property
froin Dennis's parents and he grew up in the hOine we
currently reside. We have lived here ourselves for over 22
years and raised our 5 children in the Roseville area and
school system. The subdivision of the lot would be a way
that we could afford to build a new one-level hOine suitable
for retirement and continue to reside in Roseville. One of
our children would like to purchase our existing home and
raise her family in Roseville.
(lpJ-Y
rJ)
Our intention is to build a two-bedrooln ralnbler valued at
approximately $200,000, which is in consistence with the
homes in the surrounding area. While it is an older area,
there have been several new homes built in recent years.

As you can see froln the attached diagraln, the property is
landlocked on all sides. Directly to the north of the
property is an existing pond area which will not be
developed. The division B would have over 40 feet of
frontage on Burke Avenue. Division A parcel would be
extended to 160 feet deep instead of the approximate 147
feet depth of neighboring propeliies.

We are willing to lnake any necessary adjustments in order
to make this proposal acceptable to the City Planning
Comlnission.

WouJ- D

1-./I-{;;: TO

I3l/.-- 1 L 0 /H'SU, /1 ;VI t:' 1\ 0 F

( "2'
'~4~

c?oo;3, ~
/' /
/~.,~
