EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on 25th day of March, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe; and the following members were absent: None. Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11061 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM VICTORIA ST NORTH TO 1250' EAST OF VICTORIA ST NORTH BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, Larpenteur Avenue between Oxford Street and Rice Street is a County State Aid Highway; AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using County State Aid Highway funds and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established County State Aid Highway standards; AND WHEREAS, County will be adding a right turn lane from Larpenteur Avenue eastbound to Victoria Street South and a left turn lane from Larpenteur Avenue westbound to Victoria Street South; AND WHEREAS, these changes to the roadway will be accomplished by converting existing parking lanes into turn lanes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that parking is hereby prohibited along the north side of Larpenteur Avenue from Victoria Street North to 1250' East of Victoria Street North; The motion was duly seconded by Member Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, Roe; and the following voted against: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
