• To assist the Authorized Representative with the administration p t anon of the agreement, Kan L. <br /> Quinn is appointed as the Authorized Representative's designee. <br /> 3. That Daniel Roe, the Mayor for the City of Roseville, and William J. Malinen , the <br /> City Manager, are authorized to sign the State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Willmus, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> • <br />• <br />
