EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May 2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: Willmus; Laliberte; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> and None were absent. <br /> Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11071 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE MAP <br /> INCONJUNCTION WITH THE MINOR RELOCATION OF PARCEL BOUNDARIES <br /> DELINEATING ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL AND PARK PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, Jason Westad (986 Millwood Avenue), Sarah Dahlke (2961 Chatsworth <br /> Street), Jacqueline Stiehl (2967 Chatsworth Street), Joan Blanchard (2983 Chatsworth Street), <br /> Annette Walker(2991 Chatsworth Street), and Ramsey County seek approval of a <br /> Comprehensive Plan land use map change to facilitate a minor realignment of the property lines <br /> delineating the boundaries between the residential properties and Lake Josephine County Park in <br /> order to correct the inadvertent encroachment of residential improvements into the abutting park <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 1, 2013 the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> proposed Comprehensive Plan land use map change and, at the conclusion of said public hearing, <br /> unanimously passed a resolution recommending the text amendment for adoption by the City <br /> Council as required by Section 201.07 of Roseville's City Code.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br /> land use map change is consistent with the intent of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to adopt the <br /> proposed COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE MAP CHANGE. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus; <br /> Laliberte; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> and no one voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
