<br /> <br />October 16, 2002 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Rosevil/e Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav, October 24,2002, at 3:45 p.m., in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Robert Blackstone, 1864 Ryan Avenue, seeks approval to construct a new detached accessOlY <br />building (24 by 24 feet/576 sq. ft.) in the rear yard of his property and in so doing the proposed <br />location of said new detached accessory building requires a Setback Permit for it to be placed 24 <br />feet from the property line adjacent to Draper Drive. The proposal requests a 6 foot <br />encroachment into the required 30 foot setback adjacent a public street. <br /> <br />The Setback Pemlit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
