EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22"day of July 2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> and none were absent. <br /> Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11081 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> CONTRACT OF JOSEPHINE HEIGHTS <br /> WHEREAS, Landmark 6 Roseville, LLC., applicant for approval of the proposed plat, <br /> owns the vacant residential parcel on Millwood Avenue between Victoria and Chatsworth <br /> Streets, which is legally described as; and <br /> The West one-third of Lot 23, Saint Paul Park except the North 400 feet thereof. That part <br /> of Lot 24, Saint Paul Park, lying East of the West 44 feet except the North 400 feet <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br /> proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT on May 1, 2013, and after said public hearing the Roseville <br /> Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT based <br /> on the comments and findings of the staff report and the input from the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on May 20, 2013, received <br /> the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted 3-1 to approve the PRELIMINARY PLAT; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat materials and a Public Improvement Contract have been <br /> prepared and submitted, pursuant to the PRELIMINARY PLAT approval; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the FINAL PLAT of the subject property creating Josephine Heights and the Public <br /> Improvement Contract are hereby approved subject to the following condition: <br /> a. The City and Developer's contractor working together to protect the critical root <br /> zones of trees 183 and 192, per the Tree Preservation Plan. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, <br /> Willmus,Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
