EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th day of August, 2013, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe and the <br /> following members were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11085 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> PIK TERMINAL DEMOLITION PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on January 28, 2013, the M- <br /> 12-21 PIK Terminal Demolition Project, Urban Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota, has <br /> satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on August 13, 2013. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
