NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br /> the proposed temporary classroom facility as an INTERIM USE in accordance with Section <br /> §1009.03 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a. The applicants shall continue to work with City staff to address storm water concerns <br /> according to the plan developed in consultation with the City Engineer;and <br /> b. The approval shall expire, and the temporary classroom structure, along with all <br /> footings and appurtenances, shall be removed, by 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2016 or <br /> upon the relocation of HIH off of the property, whichever comes first. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, that representatives <br /> of the property owner and the applicant shall sign the form attached to this resolution to <br /> acknowledge that each has received, reviewed, and understood the terms and conditions of the <br /> approval and agrees to abide by said terms and conditions prior to commencement of the <br /> commercial greenhouse activity. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: Laliberte, <br /> McGehee, Wilimus, Etten, Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
