<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />December 19, 2002 <br /> <br />Richard and Joan Prokop <br />700 County Road B2 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Land Use request; Variance, 700 County Road B2 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Prokop: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on December 16, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved your request for <br />a variance, subject to certain conditions, to allow the addition of a larger attached garage (913 square feet) <br />and driveway (148 square feet) to their home at 700 County Road B2. <br /> <br />The Council took the following actions on your request: <br /> <br />1) Adoption of a resolution approving a 1,541 square foot (15%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 <br />ofthe Roseville City Code for Richard & Joan Prokop, to allow the addition ofa 913 square <br />attached garage and 148 square feet of additional driveway at 700 County Road B2, based on the <br />findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated December 16,2002; <br />and <br /> <br />2) Adoption ofa resolution approving a 1 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville <br />City Code, to allow an attached garage four feet from the property line at 700 County Road B2, <br />based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />December 16, 2002. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of each resolution pertaining to your request. Please review the <br />conditions listed within each resolution.
