Staff Approval: Agenda Section: Action Item Item Description: Review 2014 Work Plan Accomplishments and Discuss 2015 Work Plan Background 1 2Staff is reporting about the completed activities described in the 2014 Work Plan and providing an 3update about the ongoing work. The work plan is based upon the RHRA’s 2012 – 2016 Strategic 4Plan. Staff finds that the work plan is helpful in prioritizing activities and ensuring accountability 5for tasks that are completed. The attached 2014 Work Plan is organized into the Strategic Plan 6Objectives. 7 8Before completing a 2015 Work Plan, staff is seeking input from the RHRA Board regarding any 9additional work that they want to accomplish. It should be noted that the work plan does not cover 10everything that the RHRA does in a year but does attempt to highlight high-priority tasks that have 11previously been identified in the RHRA Strategic Plan, by the RHRA Board, and by staff. The work 12plan also includes activities that support the RHRA’s budgeted programs.
