<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, on behalf of Plaintiff Roselawn

<br />Cemetery ("Roselawn"), requests that you produce the following documents and things for
<br />
<br />inspection and copying at the offices of the undersigned within thirty (30) days hereof pursuant
<br />
<br />to Rule 340f the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff will move to exclude from
<br />
<br />evidence at trial any responsive document not produced pursuant to these requests.

<br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, and its employees, agents, attorneys, representatives or entities
<br />authorized to act on or for its behalf.

<br />2. "Person" and "individual" includes not only natural persons but also corporations,
<br />companies, firms, partnerships, associations, joint ventures, governments or agencies thereof,
<br />quasi-public entities, trusts, estates, and other entities.

<br />3. "Document" includes:
