SECTION 4 – RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />A complete list of all pre-identified risks that the Vendor does not control. <br /> <br />Identified Risk 1: Damages to existing irrigation systems caused by others. <br />Solution / Strategy: Locate and identify irrigation system mainline with paint and flags. <br />Identified Risk 2: Inaccuracy of irrigation drawings. (bid documents) <br />Identify inaccuracies and report to City for discussion of potential solutions <br />Solution / Strategy: <br />and/or changes to contract, prior to commencement of work. <br />Identified Risk 3: Buried rocks or debris in areas of irrigation work. <br />Report debris issues to City and discuss options and/or changes to contract, <br />Solution / Strategy: <br />prior to commencement of work. <br />Identified Risk 4: Identification of existing private utilities. <br />Meet with owner prior to commencement of work at each site location and <br />Solution / Strategy: <br />discuss potential private utility conditions. <br />Identified Risk 5: Current conditions of sites with existing irrigation equipment. <br />Identify working condition of existing irrigation system components prior to <br />starting irrigation work. Each site will have an irrigation system inspection <br />and a written report will be provided to the City. Any irrigation equipment <br />Solution / Strategy: <br />that has been identified as not operating correctly or damaged will not be <br />the financial responsibility of Mickman Brothers, Inc. for repair or <br />replacement. <br /> <br />
