<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of November, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 15 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1009.03M OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2200 - 2250 MIDLAND HILLS DRIVE (PF 3436). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tom Metz (property manager - Gaughan Properties) has requested a <br />variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code in allow the replacement of an existing <br />ground sign at Midland Grove Condominiums; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is addressed as 2200 - 2250 Midland Grove Road and is legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />Parcel A: the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW ~ SW ~), Section Nine <br />(9), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), except the following: the East six <br />hundred sixty-nine (669) feet thereof; the South two hundred eighty-three (283) feet thereof; the <br />North three hundred thirty (330) feet thereof; and that part thereof acquired by the State of <br />Minnesota for highway, subject to rights of public in roads. <br /> <br />Parcel B: The North twenty (20) rods of the West forty (40) rods afthe Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest quarter (SW ~ SW ~), Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-three (23), except that part thereof acquired by the State of Minnesota for <br />highway. <br /> <br />Parcel C: All that part of the West four hundred (400) feet of the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW Y4 SW Y4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), excepting the Southerly two hundred eighty-three (283) feet thereof, which <br />lies Easterly of Line One (1) described below and Westerly of Line Two (2) described below: <br /> <br />Line One (1): Beginning at a point on the South line of above described tract distant <br />ninety (90) feet East of the West line of said Section Nine (9); thence run Northerly to a <br />point distant ninety (90) feet East and three hundred seventy-six and seven tenths (376.7) <br />feet North of the Southwest corner of said Section Nine (9); thence run Northeasterly to a <br />point distant seven hundred seventy-six and seven thenths (776.7) feet North and one <br />hundred forty-five (145) feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section Nine (9); <br />thence run Northeasterly to a point distant three hundred thirty (330) feet South and two <br /> <br />1 <br />
